Our Challenges & Goals

The primary objective was to create eye catching digital content that remains effective in an outdoor advertising environment. The challenge involved conceptualising and generating a consistent world from scratch, including bespoke characters and detailed settings that align with the brand’s gentle and nurturing identity. Furthermore, the final output had to meet strict technical requirements for digital billboards, necessitating ultra high resolution rendering to ensure the visuals remained sharp and professional when displayed on a massive scale.

How We Helped

AI Driven Conceptualisation and Visual Design

We utilised a suite of advanced AI tools including Gemini and OpenArt AI to generate unique characters and detailed environment settings tailored to the brand’s specific aesthetic. Our creative team developed a comprehensive storyboard to map out the narrative flow ensuring the message remains impactful within a short viewing window. By using Freepik to source and refine visual elements, we transformed these static concepts into a structured blueprint that served as the foundation for the entire animation process.

Advanced Video Generation and Motion Production

To bring the static concepts to life, we employed a sophisticated AI production workflow. We used Nano Banana 2 for high quality image generation and Kling for cinematic video generation to create fluid movement and realistic transitions. The final compilation and editing were executed in CapCut where we meticulously synchronised the visual elements and applied professional colour grading. We prioritised high resolution output throughout the process to ensure the final videos maintain exceptional clarity and visual impact on large format digital billboards.

The project delivered two high impact digital billboard videos that successfully elevated the brand’s presence in key metropolitan locations.
