Our Challenges & Goals

The objective was to document and execute a comprehensive production lifecycle transitioning from a raw narrative idea to a high-fidelity video launched on YouTube. The primary challenge involved maintaining visual consistency across various AI-generated assets while ensuring a cohesive cinematic feel. The goal was to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into a traditional production workflow, including storyboarding, character design, and post-production, to deliver a high-impact visual experience.

Idea Generation & Conceptualisation

The project began with a series of intensive brainstorming sessions to define the core narrative and world-building of “The Colour Thief”. We utilised Gemini as a creative collaborator to refine the script and expand on the thematic elements, ensuring the story had depth and emotional resonance before moving into visual development.

AI-Powered Storyboarding & Character Kits

To bring the vision to life, we developed a sophisticated visual framework using Freepik , Google Gemini, and OpenArt. We created comprehensive Character Kits and Storyboards to establish a consistent look and feel for the protagonist and environment. These AI-generated assets were collaged into unified visual references to ensure continuity throughout the production phase, bridging the gap between imagination and technical execution.

Video Production & YouTube Launch

The final phase involved transitioning the AI-generated visuals into a dynamic video production. By integrating rendered scenes with professional post-production techniques, we encapsulated the story’s essence into a cinematic format. The project culminated in a strategic launch on YouTube, accompanied by a physical movie launch event to celebrate the successful fusion of AI technology and creative storytelling.
