Kode Digital signs a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SEGi College Penang on 25 September 2024 over the potential for future collaboration through our internship programme and ‘Industry In The Classroom’.

Ongoing Engagement with SEGi College Penang

As part of this commitment, we proudly announce our intent to partner with SEGi College Penang through their ‘Industry In The Classroom’ programme. This initiative allows us to design assignments and contribute guest lectures, allowing students to gain first hand exposure to industry practices before they even graduate. We have had several meetings, both on campus and online, to discuss assignment topics for the upcoming semester. These topics include UX Design, Internet Programming and Integrated System Projects.

We are also honoured to have been invited to mark the students’ assignments at the end of the semester, ensuring that our real-world expertise shapes the evaluation process. Furthermore, we’ve held multiple meetings to align the assignment content with the Malaysian Ministry of Education (MOE) standards, ensuring the topics are both industry-relevant and academically rigorous.

By partnering with institutions like SEGi, we aim to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world, offering students the skills and knowledge that they need the most in today’s fast-evolving industries.
